Continuing Professional Development Workshops |
Introduction to Psychosynthesis One day workshop Psychosynthesis is a creative and expansive approach to growth and healing, which promotes both the blossoming of a well-integrated personality as well as the realisation of one’s higher nature and purpose. It recognises the depth of emotion caused by difficult life experiences and the challenges of day-to-day living, while at the same time actively encourages the emergence of the higher reaches of the Self. Psychosynthesis draws from a wide range of psychological and spiritual techniques, which share their roots with both Western and Eastern approaches to personal and spiritual development, incorporated for the ultimate purpose of integration and healing and a spiritual level. “Psychosynthesis stretches beyond This one-day workshop will introduce participants to the vision and techniques of Psychosynthesis, and enable them to consider how such an approach may help them and those they support on their journey of self-discovery, healing and search for meaning. It will be of interest to both practitioners who wish to gain a general overview of the approach, as well as professionals considering undertaking more in-depth training. The workshop, which will be highly experiential, will combine tutor input, individual work, plus small and large group exercises to encourage and facilitate a rich learning experience in a safe and supportive environment.
