Who are we?
WELL TRAINING , was founded in 2005 by psychotherapist Lynne Wager, who moved back to Swansea and was asked to set up a quality training programme in response to a lack of quality, accessible counselling training in South Wales.
The Company expanded to develop a team of dedicated counselors, psychological therapists, trainers and supervisors, rapidly developing a reputation for excellence and quality of service provision in the field. WELL Training, offers a focus for quality provision of counselling; supervision; therapeutic counselling training; bespoke organizational training and workshops; CPD events.

All WELL Training, courses hold dual accreditation .
Our courses are accredited by ABC Awards and The Counselling Society .ABC Awards is one of the largest vocational awarding bodies in the United Kingdom with an established reputation for quality and customer service. ABC is recognised by the regulatory bodies as an awarding body whose qualifications meet the criteria applied by QCA (Qualifications Curriculum Authority).
The Counselling Society is a Learned Society whose primary purpose is the advancement of the knowledge of counselling, which we do through a number of activities such as conferences and newsletters; and the fostering of professional counselling expertise through training, accreditation and continued professional development of our members. We believe the function of accreditation is to avow to the public that the member is, in the opinion of the body, safe, competent, and ethical to practice counselling.
All counselling courses and training hours are compatible with BACP requirements (criteria 4.2).
WELL Training Ltd pride themselves in keeping up to date with current developments in the field.
Bespoke training is available upon request to work in-house with companies, organizations, voluntary, statutory, and private sectors.As an Organisational Member of BACP we are bound by its Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy, the Ethical Guidelines for Researching Counselling and Psychotherapy (where organisations undertake research) and subject to the Professional Conduct Procedure for the time being in force

We are a community of trained, experienced and registered practitioners who are committed to the ongoing development of best practice for counselling training, organisational training, therapy and supervision throughout Wales.
Learning and teaching opportunities are led by highly qualified, experienced lecturers and practitioners who will work with you to prepare you to meet the challenges presented in the rapidly changing and expanding discipline of counselling.
The programme has been developed in collaboration with experienced practitioners in order that current and relevant practice issues are addressed..
